Taro, father or Yuki and friend of Keitaro
Taro is originally from Japan, but has been living in Hawaii for five years. The travelers meet Taro through his daughter Yuki and he sends them further to his friend Keitaro in Japan. In his Interview he tells the travelers the special story about how he met Keitaro and how they became best friends.
What do you expect from a friend?
Not really anything, I guess. I just enjoy being friends and having friends.
How important are friends to you?
I can not describe how important friendship is to me. That's everything actually. You become the person you are by meeting people, learning from people and when you die you can not take anything else. When you die you just think about all the friends and your family and that's the most important thing.
Is there any difference between friendship in Japan and the USA?
You make different friends in different countries but I think it's basically the same. Friends are friends all over the world I think.
