I am part of Yuujou because...
Even though I love traveling, I hate being a tourist. I don't go to a place to take pictures in front of the local sights. For me traveling is about getting in touch with the people of a yet unknown place, a different world. To do so I usually enter a country barely having a plan set out. Rather than going abroad with lots of expectations and a bucket list, I let the country lead my way on my journey. That is what sounds so exiting to me about the experience of Yuujou, that I don't just get to enter the world of our host, but that he or she picks out our next destination. Relying on yet strangers and soon to be friends (as hosts or co-travellers) is what really thrills me just imagining this amazing once in a lifetime adventure!

I have to sit around and cannot go outside and explore my surroundings. No matter where you are, there is always something new to be discovered!
a proper sleeping bag. I'm literally freezing all the time and there is no better feeling than cuddling up in something so cozy and warm.
