I am part of Yuujou because...
To me, a fulfilling life is one of unexpected adventure. I move and travel constantly and always find the best part of traveling is meeting new people from different walks of life. I've been actively traveling for six months now, and each new person I've met has impacted my experience and perception of the world. The more I travel, the more I realize how connected we all actually are.
This journey would be a life-altering and incredible experience that I would carry with me for the rest of my days. I think it would make me a more compassionate, understanding, and mindful person.
As a TEFL teacher, it is my job to share world experiences with my students, to encourage travel and the collaboration of cultures and languages. This journey would make me a better teacher for my students, and provide endless lessons for the classroom. The world and the people in it have so much to teach me, and I am ready to learn.
Listen, support, and encourage me, and call me out if I'm wrong. Random acts of nachos are also encouraged.
