I am part of Yuujou because...
It would be such a great experience for me to take part of the Yuujou journey because I could put into practice everything I’ve learnt from life so far. I will graduate as a translator in two year’s time, so if a language issue is at stake, I might be helpful in the situation, because although I’m only fluent in Spanish and English, I can also understand things in ther languages as well.
Another reason has to do with the fact that I worked for 5 years at a non profit organization that works on exchange programs (AFS). My work was about to help exchange students from ARG who would travel abroad, or students from abroad coming to ARG for and exchange. Through AFS I was close to cultures from the world, training processes to develop my tasks well, and I became very much understanding when it’s about crossing paths with people from different places. I have used couchsurfing since 2014 and I find traveling a lifestyle that entails a better understanding of oneself and others.
Be honest, caring, respectful, funny. To be someone I can rely on when things are going well but also when things turn rough.
